The Pulse of the Podcast

We like to take our time with each principle, gently unfolding it over a few episodes. First, you'll hear Karen and Dr Rosy in conversation sharing personal reflections, insights, and why this particular principle really matters when it comes to feeling fully alive and living life to the full. 

Then we bring in voices we love - an inspiring expert guest with deeper wisdom or experience to share, then someone who's lived this principle in their own life and made real, meaningful change because of it.
